On Christmas Eve, Ebenezer Scrooge rejects all the invitations of his niece, Fred.
At night, Scrooge's former partner, who has been dead for seven years, is going to visit him in the form of a ghost named Jacob Marley.
When Scrooge arrives at his house he hears some noises and IS THE PHANTOM OF JACOB !!!
